More detail
  1. Reads your recipeHome measures like “2 katori” become estimated grams.
  2. Suggests lighter swaps and writes the stepsOr suggests a new dish that fits, when you ask for one.
  3. Plans the weekAround your dishes, with a shopping list and a note for the person you cook for.
  4. Care: checks home remedies and plans skin & hair routinesRemedies are assessed by AI. Safer options come from ingredients with cited sources, and safety rules for dangerous remedies, warning signs, pregnancy and prescription-only items always apply. Label checks compare each ingredient with that list.

Numbers are computed in code from IFCT 2017 and USDA food tables, never by the AI.

The daily calorie target is worked out from age, height, weight and activity (the Mifflin-St Jeor equation), adjusted for the goal and never below 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 for men. Every planned meal is checked against the diet and the food tables, and portions are scaled so each day lands near the target.

Why this helps

When a parent is told to change their diet, families are often handed a generic diet sheet. Home food starts to feel off-limits and someone ends up cooking two meals. We keep your family's own dishes and make them lighter: swap, don't ban.

Home measures become estimated grams, so treat numbers as a close guide. If an ingredient isn't in our tables we say so, don't count it, and don't claim a “% less”. “Good to know” notes come from a short checked list with their source linked.
